The former JM Liberty Academy player Chris Tarvershim Shimbayev has finally transferred to Suzhou Dongwu FC China by Galaxy Sports Academy for a loan deal of 5 months with an option to buy for 3 years.
Galaxy Sports Development China through its academy Galaxy Sports Academy in Nigeria made this deal happen through the platform it provided for numerous young players that were picked last year in their scouting event in Abuja, which including Chris Tarvershima Shimbayev of JM Liberty Academy.
Galaxy Sports Academy went on to expose the young lad as he was part of the team's players that traveled to Ghana for a playing tour from October to December 2019.
This transfer only proves that Galaxy Sports Academy and JM Liberty Academy have shown they have a collaboration that has been proven successful. Galaxy Sports Development China established a tripartite collaboration between JM Liberty Academy, Galaxy Sports Academy, and its Chinese partners. The parties through this tripartite agreement consented to invest in the player in other to reap the benefits therein
The Memorandum Of Agreement was signed by Mr. Austin Akpehe and Mr. Jerry Avungu to initiate a unique mode of operation which aims at not only developing and exposing young Benue State football players abroad but Nigerian football players at large.
Austin Akpehe is an ardent believer in grassroots football development, hence "the Benue State football revival is here."
